His experience spans Honeywell, Wagner Spray Tech, Emerson, and MTS, where he has led global quality organizations, manufacturing operations, supplier quality initiatives, new product quality processes, Lean and Six Sigma deployment, and business systems transformation.

Javier helps organizations strengthen the systems behind quality and operational performance, connecting APQP, supplier development, manufacturing readiness, root cause and corrective action, and continuous improvement with the realities of day-to-day execution.

Bilingual in English and Spanish and experienced leading across functions, sites, and cultures, Javier brings disciplined, practical leadership to environments where quality, suppliers, manufacturing, and customer expectations must work together to deliver sustainable results.
